Description
*Put your hands down on the floor and place the glide disc under your feet. With a straight back, alternate bringing one knee at a time to your chest and then back out to a pushup position*Place the glide discs under your feet in a plank position with elbows on the ground at a 90 degree angle, slide feet in and out*Place the glide discs under your feet in a military plank position and then pull your legs in towards your hands*Place the glide discs under your feet, slide one foot backwards and cross the other leg, bend at the knees and get as low to the floor as possible, stand back up to the stationary position and repeat with other side
